If advertised pricing is below these suggested levels, Zoetis reserves the right to withhold any earned program rebates. • Eligible accounts must qualify for each purchase level threshold at the billing account level to receive rebate. Back orders are not eligible. Rebates will be paid via single check to the parent account. Child locations are not eligible to receive the rebate. The qualification rebate, including early purchase bonus, will be paid 45 days after program close. Zoetis reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time and for any reason.
