SPRING PROGRAM
Eligible veterinarian
accounts will receive a rebate on equine vaccines, parasiticides, and Stablelab
purchases placed and shipped during the program period. Spend $1,500=3% equine vaccine and
para rebate, 4% CORE EQ rebate, (does not unclude Stablelab rebate). Spend $7,500=5% equine
vaccine and para rebate, 4% CORE EQ rebate, and 2% Stablelab rebate. Spend $12,500=7% equine
vaccine and para rebate, 4% CORE EQ rebate, and 4% Stablelab rebate. Backorders are not eligible
for a rebate. Rebates are paid based on contract price else list price. Rebate(s) will be paid via one
check to the parent NARC no later than June 30, 2020. Bonus: Ask your Covetrus representative about
extended billing terms on equine product purchased January 15-31, 2020 and cattle and equine
product purchased February 1-April 30, 2020. Eligible customers purchasing a minimum of $5,000 on
a single, direct order.

SPRING PROGRAM
Eligible veterinarian
accounts will receive a rebate on cattle vaccines, parasiticides, select reproductive,
and Synovex purchases placed and shipped during the program period. Spend $5,000=2% rebate,
spend $30,000=4% rebate, and spend $60,000=5% rebate. Inforce 3 Bonus: Accounts who qualify
with a minimum of $5,000 in eligible cattle products will be eligible for an additional 2% rebate paid
on all purchases of Inforce 3. Cattle EAZI-Breed CIDRs count toward volume only but are not rebate
eligible. Inforce 3 Bonus is paid on Inforce 3 vaccines only, no other vaccines are eligible. Rebate will be
paid to the Parent NARC. Backorders are not eligible for a rebate. Rebates are paid based on contract
price else list price. Rebate(s) will be paid via one check to the parent NARC no later than June 30,
