Montana Watercolor Society Art Show
Explore the Wonders
or the second consecutive year, the Montana Watercolor Society
Art show will celebrate Western Arts Week in Room 200 at the Heritage
Inn as part of the Out West Art Show and Sale. Eleven Montana-
based watercolor artists will be making a splash with a wide array of
extraordinary equine, landscape, wildlife, and portrait pieces.
Show coordinator and Montana Watercolor Society chairperson Ron
Paulick – an exquisite painter in his own right – says that the group is
honored to be showcasing the artistic talent of its members for the
fifth consecutive year.
"Each have their own artistic talents, interests, styles and personality,"
Paulick explains. "All art endeavors are special. In this artistic journey,
many aspects are rewarding, but especially when fellow artists build
camaraderie and praise from each other, and when the public
thanks them for bringing beauty, wonder, and fond remembrances
to their lives."
A new feature at this year's show will be a large "tucker and gems"
display comprised of smaller, eye-catching treasures.
"These pieces are easily tucked in quiet spots on a wall and they stand
out as little gems because of their size and beauty," Paulick says. "Also,
their prices are reasonable and when purchased, they can be tucked
under one arm and carried easily to their new home."
