Terms • Cumulative purchases of Zoetis equine vaccines,* ANTHELCIDE® EQ Paste, QUEST® Gel/QUEST® PLUS Gel, SOLITUDE® IGR and STRONGID® Paste purchased Jan. 15 through April 30, 2020, will count toward the Equine purchase threshold and be eligible for the Equine rebate. -The additional rebate on CORE EQ INNOVATOR™ will be applied on top of the Equine Vaccines* and Parasiticides rebate amount. • Purchase a minimum of $5,000 of the qualifying Equine products on a single direct order from Zoetis from Jan. 15 through April 30, 2020, and receive an additional 60 days' payment terms on those purchases for a total of 90 days to pay. If you purchase from a distributor, please contact that distributor regarding terms. • Advertised pricing should not be below reseller suggested pricing. If advertised pricing is below these suggested levels, Zoetis reserves the right to withhold any earned program rebates. • Eligible accounts must qualify for each purchase level threshold at the billing account level to receive rebate. Back orders are not eligible. Rebates will be paid via single check to the parent account. Child locations are not eligible to receive the rebate. The rebate will be paid within 45 days of program close. Zoetis reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time and for any reason.
