Tablet coater
Smart Coater tablet coater provides efficient and uniform coating and is capa-
ble of handling batch size capacities from 125 to 2,000 liters. Unit is suitable
for film coating, functional coating, and coating of actives onto tablets and
tablet cores. Features include a fully welded housing for easy access and fast
cleaning, and optional designs for aqueous and/or organic solvent-based coat-
ing are available.

Tablet feeder for coating
PH loss-in-weight vibratory tray feeder uses gentle vibrations to feed uncoated
tablets directly into a coating drum without damaging the product. Unit's load
cells, KCM controller, and specialty control algorithms facilitate vibratory feeding
without interrupting the loss-in-weight signal to ensure high accuracy and feed-
rate control and optimize coating performance. Feeder is ideal for continuous
pharmaceutical operations, including extrusion, granulation, direct compression,
blending, and coating.

Plant-based coating
FZG vegan glaze is a ready-to-use, plant-based coating for glazing and encapsu-
lating pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products. Zein, a biopolymer extracted
from corn, functions as an enteric coating, micro/nano encapsulator, and non-
reactive excipient. Coating is available in a 15 percent solution in both food and
pharmaceutical grades. Other concentrations may be specified. Coating can also
be formulated for the controlled release of active ingredients.
