Getting to know the many faces of Covetrus
Throughout the year, you will be introduced to some of the many different people who make
up Covetrus. From finance to our transportation department, our associates are enabled and
encouraged not only to deliver our needs today, but to be part of our story for tomorrow.
What are you doing to impact our customers?
Last October, I was asked to present during the client education sessions at
the 2019 Vet Summit, an annual client conference that was held in Indianapolis
that year. Conflict and stress management were the topics. Compassion fatigue,
irate customers and team conflict exists in many veterinary practices. Ironically,
sometimes the practice that provides incredible care for patients can also create
stress for the veterinary team. The sessions provided techniques, tools, and insights
to help manage stress, resolve conflict, and care for the veterinary caregivers.
The sessions filled up quickly and were well received.
