I began my practice, Terlingua Mobile Veterinary Services, in March 1996 in one of the most remote areas of the United States of Terlingua, Texas. Laura Frierson was my representative for many, many years. Laura was always available, always helpful, and always friendly. If I had a question about a product or piece of equipment, she either had the answer or would get the answer for me. If I had a problem, she fixed it. I came to rely on her heavily and she never disappointed. Laura continued to be my rep for many more years until 2012. After Laura, I was assigned to Leona Alegria. She became my new Laura. Leona has been my representative for several years now and she too is always available, always friendly, and always helpful and I depend on her a lot. She never disappoints either. Due to the nature of my business, being a mobile veterinarian, being on the road all day with travel time in between appointments, I have never been a high volume practice. However, Laura and Leona have never treated me like I was any different or any less important than your more lucrative customers. Never. In my 30 years of practice and 21 years of practice ownership, I know of no other company, business, organization, that has displayed as high a level of customer care as Laura Frierson and Leona Algeria have, representing your company. We want to let Kyle Johnson know how great he is and how incredibly helpful he has been to Aurora Animal Hospital since he started with us. We are a relatively small client, but she never treated us as one. She always stayed on top of back orders and if an item was not available she proposed an alternative. No question was too basic to warrant a prompt answer. We are very sad that she is no longer our rep, but wish her nothing but the best and hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
