spray work well if you have access to them. I keep
sanitary hand wipes and alcohol in my work vehicle for
these purposes. It is also a good practice to take off all
your work clothes inside your front door and wash them
separately from other household laundry. Sanitize your
shoes at the front door inside your house with alcohol
if you have it.
YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
Take care of yourself during these globally difficult
times; we are all in this together. Each of us is limited
to what we normally do in life. Find a safe activity or
hobby that will help distract your mind when time
allows. Talk about your fears and concerns with your
coworkers, family and even a counselor if needed. It is
ok to ask questions and reach out to your employer if
you need to talk about the COVID-19 pandemic. Be
safe, be happy and recognize yourself as a positive life
