Getting to know the many faces of Covetrus
Throughout the year, you will be introduced to some of the many different people who make
up Covetrus. From finance to our transportation department, our associates are enabled and
encouraged not only to deliver our needs today, but to be part of our story for tomorrow.
What are you doing to impact our customers?
I travel to install our software applications in any practice in our client base,
but more often I visit practices after their original install to help them improve
efficiency and patient flow. I frequently assist them in integrating with the newest
technology available and help them better manage their electronic medical
records and inventory.
I also encourage educating their staff so that they can maintain their own software
solutions over time. Additionally, I lecture throughout the year representing Covetrus
at several industry conferences like VetSummit and VHMA on all subjects from
software and hardware to general practice management.
