Tablet coater
Accela Cota Pro tablet coater can be equipped with 5 dif-
ferent drum sizes, from a 40-liter, 48-inch bi-conical drum
to a 700-liter, 60-inch cylindrical drum. Fully perforated
and side-vented drums provide turbulence-free, high-vol-
ume airflow for efficient film, sugar, functional, and API-
layer coating. Wash-in-place, closed loading, and auto-
matic unloading reduce both batch time and downtime
between batches.

UV cold laser marker permanently marks pre-packaged
or loose tablets and capsules of any size or shape with
high-resolution, tamper-proof text, barcodes, and graphics.
Because the markings provide a unique, verifiable identity
for each dose, products can be tracked in real time through
the supply chain to the final consumer, reducing the risk of
counterfeiting and theft. Each unit is supported by the com-
pany's global service network and comes equipped with a
DQ, IQ, and OQ validation package. Unit's control system
