The past two months have flown by, and with every day, I feel more firmly embedded and focused on executing the exciting opportunities that lie just before us. From the perspective of a fresh set of eyes within an emerging company, I thought I would share a few of my early observations and experiences with you, as well as relay my enthusiasm for our future. We care for the individual. Covetrus' response to a worldwide, life-altering pandemic has been nothing short of outstanding … and it is borne by employees who care. Our colleagues look after each other, as is evidenced by the time and energy our management teams dedicate in order to properly respond to challenging and evolving work environments, and our teams' continued willingness to listen and adapt. People are our biggest asset, and it is obvious that individuals and their contributions are valued here, and their safety is paramount. We care for the company. We continue to focus on driving business and integrating teams to make it easier for you to do business with our company. Substantial progress is being made to deliver on the promise of a stronger, collective entity now, and into the future. We care for our customer. In times of trouble and uncertainty, people turn to whom they trust, and the sustained relationships throughout these challenging months prove that you, our customers, trust the Covetrus team. This passion for our customers' well-being and success could very much be our strongest trait. And our ongoing investment in service and innovation will only strengthen our partnerships moving forward.
