Mark Woehl The Level I Certificate of Competency (CCT) in Machining I prepares students for employment as entry-level operators and technicians in the manufacturing industry. The program provides applied skills in process planning, quality control, setup and operation of manual/computer numeric control (CNC) machines for current and future needs of the manufacturing industry. This program introduces students to manual data programming and CAD/CAM. A CCT in Machining II and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Manufacturing and Production Technology are also available. Program Notes: Students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program. Program Prerequisites: None PRODUCTION - CNC MACHINING I CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION IN CNC MACHINING I (25 CREDITS; CODE 5100) To qualify, students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program.
