Division: Industrial Technology Program Director: Michael Bryant The Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Occupational Safety and Health Technology program is designed to provide students with multidisciplinary knowledge concerning well-known hazards and risks, and the elimination or reduction of work-related fatalities, injuries, and risk reduction. Students will develop skills used in supporting and monitoring of compliance in organizations regarding hazard and risk assessment, controls, and established procedures for their management. They will also fulfill the general education requirements for the Associate in Applied Science degree. A Certificate of Completion (CCL) is also available. Program Notes: Students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program.
