In addition to McNair's 4,000-square-foot showroom, customers also appreciate the high-quality work and professionalism they've come to expect from everyone who works there, co-owner John Muller says. "ey love our friendly service," he notes. "We advertise some, but mostly it is word-of-mouth." John credits his installation team's skill and work ethic as being a major part of the reason why customers keep coming back to McNair for their home improvement needs. "Most of what we do is the flooring, and we do all aspects," he says. "e guys who are installing are doing such a good job – that's what has given us such a good name over the years." SiG MT 13 John teamed up with fellow longtime employees Dale Dahlke and Bill Langel to purchase the business from founder Tim McNair in 1998. All three men worked together under Tim, and were born and raised in the Inverness and Rudyard areas. "We grew up there and know everybody," John laughs. McNair Furniture is well-known across the entire Hi-Line and beyond. "We travel a lot," John says. "Our home territory is basically from Harlem to Shelby to Big Sandy, but we've gone a lot farther." He's particularly fond of geing to be a part of bringing McNair customers' dreams into reality. "I enjoy seeing projects go from blueprints to a beautiful home," he says. "I enjoy the people and seeing them happy and satisfied."
