I can't say it enough and I should have been saying it regularly since March. I became the Practice Manager of ACVH on March 16th and three days later California went into the greatest lockdown of my time. I am new to veterinary practice management, but have been in veterinary medicine for many years. Sarah has helped make my transition very smooth. Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and always courteous and polite. Whenever I am having a difficult time with a product, Sarah is always able to solve the problem. When I didn't know where or what, I called him. All I would say is, "I need help!" He would calm me and help me with anything he could. Four years later, I still call him, text him, "I need help!"
