The mission of the Registration & Credentials
Supervision Committee (RCSC) is to develop,
maintain, and oversee all aspects of BICSI's
professional and occupational registration/
certification programs. Our goal is to provide
industry-respected, globally recognized, and
broadly accepted products and services
that enhance the abilities and stature of
our credential holders. Our five credentialing
programs include the RCDD, RTPM, DCDC,
OSP, and ICT Installation Program, which
includes Installer 1
®
; Installer 2, Copper
®
;
Installer 2, Optical Fiber
®
; and BICSI
Technician
®
.
Each program is supported by a volunteer
chair that holds the credential and is a BICSI
member. These credential chairs work with
volunteer subject matter experts (SMEs) in
working groups to assist BICSI's credentialing
staff in building and maintaining high quality
professional assessment programs.
