Lab-scale spray dryer
VSD-200 lab-scale spray dryer produces amorphous solid dispersions, APIs, bio-
logic substances, and pharmaceutical excipients, making it suitable for feasibility
studies and clinical work. Pressure nozzle allows the unit to create particles with
characteristics similar to those of particles produced on much larger equipment,
even under containment. Disassembly is simple and requires few tools, making
cleaning easy.

Granulation line
GranuLean granulation line for high-shear and fluid-bed granulation and pellet
coating handles batch sizes as large as 1,200 liters. The fluid bed is equipped
with a three-component nozzle to produce granules in short process times. Gen-
tlewing blade impeller minimizes product adhesion to the walls of the bowl and
enhances homogeneous distribution of the active ingredient, ensuring uniformity
of low-content active ingredients batch to batch. Mixing blade's tight tolerance to
the bowl also removes the need for manual intervention during discharge.
