The BICSI Membership & Volunteer Services Team is here to help you with all your member-related needs. With a rejuvenated focus on bringing exceptional value to BICSI membership programs, and by ensuring volunteers have the support necessary to carry out BICSI responsibilities, this specialized team has dedicated themselves to making the BICSI experience better than ever before. Monica Campbell Smith: Director, Membership & Volunteer Services Monica joined BICSI in 2014 as the Manager of Membership Services. In 2020, she was promoted to Director of Membership & Volunteer Services, where she is responsible for BICSI's global membership and volunteer programs. Monica works closely with the BICSI Emerging Professionals and Students workgroups. Interesting Fact: Most people know that Monica is a huge sports enthusiast. Her favorite teams are the Miami Dolphins, Miami Hurricanes, and Miami Heat. What most people do not know is that she is a great impersonator. Her skills are spot-on and hilarious! Erika Crossland: Senior Membership Coordinator Erika joined BICSI in 2013 as a Membership Coordinator on what was then called the Membership & Customer Care Team. In 2016, she was promoted to the Senior Membership Coordinator. As of 2020, Erika now serves as Senior Membership Coordinator in the Membership & Volunteer Services Department, where she handles day-to-day membership related functions. Erika specializes in new member acquisitions, and member renewal invoicing and retention. She also coordinates membership campaigns to engage our new and existing members. Interesting Fact: Erika is a third-generation graduate of Florida State University.
