The center will consist of three stories with women's health on the third floor, pediatrics on the second floor, and lab/ imaging and pediatric therapies on the first floor. Services in the Benefis Women's and Children's Center will include the following: • Pediatric therapies, including: • Occupational • Speech • Physical • Pediatric psychiatry • Pediatric neuropsychology • Pediatric endocrinology • General outpatient pediatrics • OB/GYN care • Fertility care • Maternal-fetal medicine • Childbirth education • Postpartum lactation support • Screening mammography, and more. For the Foundation, the Harold & Carmen Poulsen Legacy Housing will be free housing to patients seeking medical treatment in Great Falls for cancer, pediatric, and more. • It's basically a free hotel but for patients and their family members. • It has 12 rooms total with living spaces. • Poulsen Legacy Housing will comfortably house up to 13,140 individuals per year. • The facility can comfortably house up to 36 people per day at full capacity. However, estimated facility capacity is approximately 12-15 patients/family members per day. • $3.4 million project. We still need to raise $1 million to fully pay off our construction loan. • Broke ground on the facility September 18, 2020. • Facility scheduled to open late summer/early fall 2021.
