Tae Kwon Do
Ages 5-12
Tae Kwon Do is a form of Korean
martial arts with a heavy emphasis on
kicks. Grandmaster Connelly is one of
the most experienced professionals.
His classes are fun, safe, age

Youth Karate Ages 7-14
ISKC's Youth Karate classes will put children in touch with their bodies and off ers a good mix of
strength training, with cardiovascular and fl exibility exercises. Children increase their coordination,
agility, and poise, as well as learn lasting personal safety skills. They also benefi t from the mental
stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to
the class rules.

Adult Karate
Ages 15 and up
Our adult classes release tension,
develop total body fi tness and build
stamina and overall productivity! In
addition to self-defense skills, karate
increases fl exibility, cardiovascular
