How to Register Online GO TO mortongroveparks.com Click on the Register now button in the top right corner. Returning Users If you have a membership or have previously registered for any Morton Grove Park District program you already have a Webtrac account, YOU DO NOT NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. If you forgot your username and/or password, click on the forgot username or forgot password and the information will be emailed to you. The username is the email of the primary household member. Creating a New User Household Account in RecTrac In order for a new customer to use our online registration system, a household account in RecTrac must be created. (FOR MORE INFO SEE BELOW) Registering for an activity online When you fi nd the activity, you are interested in just click on the + on the left side of the program listing. After you do that a box will appear in the bottom left of your screen asking if you want to add that to your cart. Click on the "Add to Cart" button. Registering for Camp Once you have selected a camp option, enter your credit card information. A new screen will display, there you have two options, payment plan or pay in full. Some of the above programs require additional registration forms, which can be found online, filled out and turned in to complete registration at Prairie View Community Center. Defi nition of Residency* Anyone living within the geographic boundaries of Morton Grove is considered a resident. Accepted Payment • Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express (Registration made with an invalid credit card will not be processed) • Cash • Check (make checks payable to Morton Grove Park District) Payment Plans The Morton Grove Park District off ers payment plans for Club Fitness memberships and designated recreation programs. An automatic debit is processed on a monthly basis from a credit card account. For further information contact the Registration Coordinator at (847) 965- 1200. Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy (See page 55) NEW to Morton Grove? A household account is required for online registration. In order for a new customer to use our online registration system, a new user must fi rst create a household account in RecTrac. Once a household account has been created for your family, RecTrac will automatically create your web credentials. By default, RecTrac will use the Primary Household Member's email address as the username. When creating an account, you will create a password.To begin the process please complete and submit a Household Form on page 55 and drop it of in person, by mail/drop off or by fax, or online at mortongroveparks.com. PLEASE NOTE: >>>> You need to have a date of birth on your account or you will not be allowed to register online. You will see the login window and proceed with the username. >>>> New to Morton Grove. In Rec Trac a newly created household will be set as a non-resident until you bring into Guest Services proof of residency.
