GROUPEX FITNESS CLASSES GroupEx Classes are included in all fi tness memberships. Fitness Flex Passes are available to non Club Fitness Members. HATHA FLOW YOGA Hatha Flow emphasizes mindfulness in each asana with a focus on synchronizing the breath within each posture. By linking movement with breath, the health benefi ts of each pose are enhanced. This includes greater muscular strength and tone, increased fl exibility and joint mobility, with improved circulation and hormonal balance. MAT PILATES Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while toning your whole body. LINE DANCING Join the fun and even break a sweat with our Line Dancing classes for beginner or intermediate. HIIT High Intensity Interval Training is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fi tness while improving muscular strength and endurance. STRONG AND LONG This class combines strength training, stretching and relaxation exercises to off set the eff ects of osteoporosis, manage weight, release stress and recover muscle mass lost due to aging or a sedentary lifestyle. Get a full body workout and leave feeling strong, long, relaxed and ready to face the day! WERQ! DANCE FITNESS The fi ercely fun dance fi tness class based on pop, rock and hip-hop music. The warm-up previews the dance steps and the WERQ cool-down includes balance and yoga inspired poses. ZUMBA Zumba is a fi tness program designed to strengthen the heart and lungs, trim and tone the entire body, increase fl exibility and improve coordination.
