INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• your favorite sweetener (such as Stevia) to taste
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
2. Beat with a handheld electric mixer or stand mixer for about 3 minutes until stiff peaks form.
3. Best served immediately or can be refrigerated for up to two days.
4. Great served with fruit, chocolate chips, or whipped cream.
