DISCREET PALATE
Since opening the doors of Lucca's restaurant in June of
2006, owners Fred and Kim Stout have been passionate
about serving up tantalizing, aromatic traditional Italian
cuisine with Montana-style elegance that is all about savoring
the moment.
Lucca's relocated from the former Carriage House Bistro on
Lyndale Avenue to its current location in the former Eaton
Turner Jewelry building in 2009, restaurant MaƮtre d' Ray
Spooner says.
e Stouts tapped several local experts to carry out the
building's extensive remodel.
"One of our guiding principles has always been support
for other local businesses," Ray says. "e architect for our
remodel was local, the interior designer was local, and the
contractor who executed the remodel was also from Helena."
