Christopher Hobbs: Manager, Training Provider Services Christopher began his BICSI career in March 2014 and was promoted to his current position of Training Provider Services Manager in August 2017. He is responsible for the BICSI Authorized Training Facility and Authorized Design Training Provider partner programs, which allow organizations to facilitate BICSI's Installation and Design classes. Christopher also ensures that qualified individuals are trained through the Certified Trainer program to deliver those classes. He currently holds the RCDD, DCDC, OSP, RTPM, and CT credentials. Interesting Fact: Christopher is a licensed ham radio (amateur radio) operator. Nelson Colon: Manager, Training Sales The TDO Team welcomed Nelson in April 2021 as their new Manager of Training Sales. Nelson brings with him more than 15 years of sales experience and a proven track record across several industries. His BICSI duties include selling our training courses, with a focus on Corporate On-site Training. In addition, Nelson will be working with customers to help them find their best fit for face-to-face and virtual training. Interesting Fact: Nelson is the first person to graduate college in his family! Christina Cramer: Provider Services Administrator/Corporate CEC Provider In October 2015 Christina joined BICSI as the Provider Services Administrator and Corporate CEC Provider. Part of her role as the Provider Services Administrator is processing Authorized Training Facility/Authorized Design Training Provider workbook orders, class rosters, and certificates of completion. As the Corporate CEC Provider, Christina processes all Corporate CEC applications from corporations/organizations seeking BICSI CEC recognition for their global ICT courses.
