Goals are based on your qualified equine vaccine purchases against the same period in 2020. Consolidate your purchases through Covetrus Purchase your seasonal Zoetis and Merck equine vaccine needs throughout 2021. Keep an eye on your progress Use your own personal dashboard to see how you are progressing toward your goal. Log into your Covetrus web account and select "Access Program" in the Equine Vaccine Advantage section. Earn Practice Incentives Use the dollars you have earned to redeem items. Spend your dollars as soon as you earn them or bank them to add to future earnings. Earning incentives is simple and lucrative! 2021 Program Periods Spring Period February-June Fall Period July-September ADDITIONAL BONUS February-December Incentives Achieve your period goal and earn 8% on the incremental growth over prior year. • Minimum $200 earning potential per practice, per period. When your Feb-Dec 2021 vaccine purchases are equal to or exceed PY (Feb-Dec 2020) and you achieve at least one period goal receive additional incentives: • Achieve both Spring and Fall goals: Earn 50% of the value earned from both periods. • Achieve either the Spring or Fall goal: Earn 25% of the value earned from that period.
