extensive upgrade. This bachelor desired a hint of
masculinity with a modern style. Tuxedo cabinetry design
against a neutral background with warm accents brighten
up the area. Customized storage and a creative
suspended counter maximize space in this compact
kitchen while providing separate prepping, cooking,
storage and entertaining zones. Opening up the kitchen
to the living room makes the room feel larger, and an

The homeowner purchased this five-bedroom, four-
and-a-half bathroom house in 1980. It was built in 1913
and the owner used it as a rental for 40 years, with its
enormous kitchen left exactly as it was in the 1980
listing. The clients requested a kosher kitchen with
storage to handle two full sets of silverware, separate
dairy and meat pots and pans, dishes and cooking
utensils. To achieve this, the space was gutted.
Now the owner has a kitchen where she can
accommodate everyone for holiday dinners and cele-
brations throughout the year. The kitchen features white
cabinetry, countertops and backsplash and stainless
steel appliances.
