Terms and Conditions
• Customer must meet the minimum purchase threshold(s) on cumulative purchases invoiced between 7/1/2021 to 8/31/2021 to qualify for the rebate.
• Rebate levels are not additive
• Purchases from $2,500-$4,999 will receive 10% rebate for standard vet customers
• Purchases $5,000 or greater will receive 15% rebate for standard vet customers
• Qualifying purchases must be made direct from Zoetis or an authorized distributor.
• Rebate will be paid off contract price or list price, whichever is applicable.
• Rebate is net returns.
• Backorders are not eligible for rebate.
• Rebate will be paid one time at the end of the program and will be paid to the Parent NARC within 45 days of the close of the program.
• Purchases must be shipped and invoiced by 8/31/2021 to be included in rebate.
