the league's automatic bid to the NCAA
Tournament for the third time in the last
five seasons.

Auerbach Coach of the Year
awards, was a finalist for the Jim
Phelan National Coach of the Year
award and the Hugh Durham Award,
which recognizes the nation's top midmajor coach, and earned his 200th
Akron and 300th overall win
during the 2012-13 campaign.
