99 AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE AND LIGHT REPAIR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION IN AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE AND LIGHT REPAIR (16 CREDITS; CODE 5946) To qualify, students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program. Division: Industrial Technology Program Director: Jason Cooper The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair provides individuals with the technical knowledge and skills needed by automotive technicians specializing in the area of basic electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair. The curriculum within this certificate aligns with the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Automobile and Light Truck Certification Tests. See program advisor for additional certificate offerings. An Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Automotive Service is also available. Program Notes: Students must earn a grade of C or better for each course listed in the Required Courses area. This program replaces: CCL/5597N Workforce Development: Automotive Technology Level II CCL/5856 Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair Program Prerequisites: None AUTOMOTIVE MANUAL DRIVE TRAIN AND AXLES CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION IN AUTOMOTIVE MANUAL DRIVETRAIN AND AXLES (4 CREDITS; CODE 5932N) To qualify, students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program. Division: Industrial Technology Program Director: Jason Cooper The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Automotive Manual DriveTrain and Axles provides individuals with the technical knowledge and skills needed by automotive technicians specializing in the area of manual drivetrain and axles. The curriculum within this certificate aligns with the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Automobile and Light Truck Certification A3 Test. See program advisor for additional certificate offerings. An Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Automotive Service is also available. Program Notes: This program is not eligible for Title IV Federal Financial Aid. Students must earn a grade of C or better for each course listed in the Required Courses area. Program Prerequisites: None AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ASSOCIATE IN APPLIED SCIENCE DEGREE IN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE (62-67 CREDITS; CODE 3180) To qualify, students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program.
