office has been going through a transition
process with other account reps and
needed some help in the interim. Ray
stepped in and stepped up! He was very
attentive to our needs, gave us clear and
concise instructions on what we needed
to do to solve our issue, and then promptly
communicated our confirmation of results.
In this day and time, it is so wonderful to
experience a company who has people
who allow them to go the extra mile for
