BROCHURE INFORMATION HELPFUL INFORMATION REGARDING THE SEASONAL BROCHURE REGISTRATION SOFTWARE If you are a new MGPD customer, please fi ll out form on page 00 and turn it into Guest Services. CODES When registering online search using the fi rst six digits of the code. When regististering use the eight digitt code on your registration form. MIN/MAX The registration minimum must be met one week before the program begins; otherwise, the offering will be cancelled. Please register early. LATE REGISTRATION You must present your receipt to the instructor if you register online for a class or program less than 48 hours prior to its start time. NEXT BROCHURE BROCHURE CHANGES Occasionally changes in programs and pricing are necessary after the brochure goes to press. We thank you for your patience and understanding when these situations arise. Board of Commissioners A fi ve-member Board of Commissioners governs the Morton Grove Park District. The Board serves without compensation for a six-year term and is directly responsible to the electorate. Professional staff , led by the Executive Director, handles day-to-day operations. The Morton Grove Board of Park Commissioners welcomes citizens at all their meetings. All meetings are held at the Prairie View Community Center, 6834 Dempster Street, Morton Grove, IL. Individuals needing special assistance should call one (1) week in advance (847) 965-1200 so that arrangements can be made.
