Q: What will you miss most about your job? A: I will most miss interacting with our members. Over the years, I began to develop friendships with them. I also enjoy giving back to the community. Sam's Club does a great job of supporting its communities. Q: Name a few of the community projects you've worked on – through work or outside work. A: Going out and fundraising for Children's Hospital has been so fulfilling. It is near to my heart. Q: What are you most looking forward to in the new year? A: I'm looking forward to spending more time with my family and catching up on projects around the house. One big project is cleaning out my closet and giving away some things. Q: When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? A: I always dreamed of being Miss America. I saw that as a way to help everybody dress for success. I still help with that, and I enjoy dressing up myself. Q: Can you finish this sentence? It's a great day when A: I can make a difference in someone's life. r e d f c u.o r g | 15 M E M B E R S H I P When your business or organization becomes a Redstone Membership Partner, your employees and members are eligible to join Redstone. After 36 years of countless functions, fundraisers, and friendships, she retired from Sam's Club of Huntsville in November. Q: What did you do, and what was your title? A: Do you want to know what I did or what my title was? My duties changed and evolved over time. My title was Marketing Coordinator. I worked as a trainer, coordinated special events, organized store grand openings, and coordinated community sponsorships for my coverage area. I also worked all over the region, including Birmingham, Nashville, Atlanta, and Murfreesboro.
