Merck Animal Health reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time without prior notice. All sales must
be validated by EDI provided by distribution partners. This program is offered to veterinarians participating in the One
Merck Veterinarian Annual Program. Champions accounts are not eligible for the Vet Spring Bonus Program. Rebates are
in addition to the annual program. Only products purchased and invoiced from February 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022 will
apply to this offer. Rebates will be paid at the end of the program. See list of qualifying products. No rebates will be paid
on products listed on back order. Void where prohibited. In order to qualify for bonus kickers, a $1,500 minimum purchase
of one of the bonus products is required. Up to 4% kicker rebate paid on purchases of ZUPREVO, RESFLOR
GOLD, FERTAGYL, ESTRUMATE, VISTA ONCE and VISION 20/20 only. Kicker paid on bonus products only. Kicker
total is cumulative on top of the base rebate for specified products. The maximum bonus kicker rebate is 4%.
One Merck Veterinarians are eligible for rewards based upon seasonal purchases.
To qualify, participants must achieve at least $5,000 in sales during the period.
