"If you come to us with a photo or an idea, there is no reason
we can't do it," Rachel says. "We don't rely on any outside
sources, so everything is done right here, from designing to
printing to casting."

"A lot of times, it isn't even something they say," Bob explains.
"I get a lot of hugs and tears, and that's the best response anyone
can ever get."
