CYCLE Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, plus other challenging drills and exercises. CYCLE STRENGTH Combines intervals of cardio with strength conditioning. EXERCISE FOR HEALTH For adults 55+ and can be done standing or seated. Work on fl exibility, strength, balance, and mobility. HATHA FLOW YOGA Hatha Flow emphasizes mindfulness in each asana with a focus on synchronizing the breath within each posture. HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) A full-body workout with rigorous interval training sequences to improve muscular strength and endurance. KICKBOX CARDIO This class is a high-energy group fi tness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. LINE DANCING Join the fun and even break a sweat with our Line Dancing classes for beginner or intermediate. STEP IT UP! Choreographed to music, Step It Up! off ers a great cardio and strength workout. STRENGTH & YOGA Challenge yourself with strength exercises to challenge all the major muscle groups, then stretch it out with a relaxing yoga fl ow. STRONG & LONG This class combines strength training, stretching, and relaxation exercises. TAI CHI a gentle series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. TOTAL BODY STRENGTH This class is designed to increase physical strength with weight-bearing and resistance modalities. TRX Suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, fl exibility, and core stability simultaneously. YOGA FOR ALIGNMENT In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote fl exibility in the body. .
