Youth Martial Arts Classes
TAE KWON DO
Ages 5-12
Connelly's Academy classes are fun, safe, and age
appropriate. The instructors are martial arts professionals
with many years of experience working with young people.
Taekwon-do is exciting and challenging, motivating children to
keep growing strong in Body, Mind and Spirit. Students of all
levels are welcome. The instructor is Mr. Gary Vernon.

NEW KRAV MAGA
Ages 13 and up
Krav Maga is a dynamic and challenging self-defense system,
with a focus on real-world self protection and fi tness. The
exciting curriculum includes striking and kicking techniques as
well as grappling skills and weapons defense. Adults and teens
are invited to join this non-competitive class. You don't have
to be an Olympic athletic to benefi t from this success-based,
eff ective program. Ages 13 and up. The instructor is Mr. Gary
Vernon.
