Make a small standard tri-fold shock
cord mount. Glue the end of the elastic
shock cord into the mount. Form the tri-
fold mount into a half circle and glue into
the nose cone coupler. Assemble and tie a
12" parachute a few inches down the shock
cord, away from the nose cone.
