DW'S REMODELING, LLC
FRISCO, TEXAS
The home had an empty loft area that
the owner wanted to turn into a more
useful space. Designed to give it a 1920s
speakeasy vibe, features include a wall
full of bookshelves with a place for the
TV, a bookshelf door to hide the laundry
room and a dry bar with shelves held up
by black steel pipes. To finish-out the
room, copper ceiling tiles, new integrated
LED lighting, and a ceiling fan were
installed. The bar area now allows the
homeowner to show off his extensive
whiskey collection.

MSK DESIGN BUILD
WALNUT CREEK, CALIFORNIA
The owners of this executive home wanted
to eliminate the badly designed and outdated
Old-World interior and dated exterior and
elevate the design to international luxury
standards. They wanted a brighter, modern
showpiece where they could entertain friends
and business colleagues while maintaining a
family-friendly home. An entire new space with
a "Milan-meets-Vegas" vibe was created –
sleek, contemporary and multi-layered with
one-of-a-kind custom features. The new
23-foot La Cantina door with flush threshold
completes the sleek look and allows for
indoor/outdoor living.
