• 5 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1-1/4 cup beef stock
• 4-1/4 cups russet potatoes, peeled and roughly cubed
• 3-1/2 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 Tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese,
plus extra for topping (Optional 1 teaspoon
creamed horseradish)
• 1 large egg yolk
