MEMBERSHIP AND RECRUITING
EVENTS
The Membership Department recognized the need for
more interactive networking events for members and
non-members and began hosting regional events at
various locations across the state . Out of these meet-ups,
nonprofit leaders shared their struggles with fundraising,
marketing and board/staff engagement, as well as
brainstormed how to improve in those areas .
Here are some outcomes from these gatherings :
TULSA HAPPY HOUR - This members-only event took
place March 22 , 2022, at ONEOK Field in Tulsa .
918 MEET & GREET - Members and non-members
gathered at The Center 's Legacy Plaza Tulsa location on
May 11, 2022, to network and learn .
COFFEE CONNECTION - Sponsored by Chase, this
learning event took place on May 19, 2022, at Kamp's in
Oklahoma City .
OKC HAPPY HOUR - Members gathered to network on
June 7, 2022, at Lively Beer Works in Oklahoma City .
