Justin has remodeled over 500 properties. Before starting Revive Kitchen & Bath, Justin co-founded Total Property Solutions, a renovation management company that has renovated more than 255 investment properties across over 20 states. He has also overseen property management, construction and marketing for several real estate firms. Justin earned his bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance at Ole Miss. • Deb Martin — As Director of Operations of Green Forest Cabinetry, a vibrant fast-growing cabinet manufacturer based in Chesapeake, VA, Deb manages 60+ operation employees, overseeing more than 220,000 square ft. of manufacturing and warehousing space. Her teams produce more than 100,000+ cabinets per year that are sold through nationally known best-in-class distributors. Deb is uniquely known for getting things done. She is a master of managing information to set expectations and is relentless in managing teams that are accountable for meeting customer goals and delivering their products on time, complete and damage-free. • Christopher Ribeiro — Chief Operating Officer of Absolute Stone Design. A second-generation stone craftsman, Christopher has over nine years of experience in the stone industry. After graduating from Godwin High School in 2017, Christopher continued his athletic and educational career, playing collegiate lacrosse at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Following graduation from Rollins with a bachelor's degree in International Business and a concentration in Finance in 2021, he returned home to grow the family business. After years of working alongside his father in warehouse cleaning, inventory management, templating, installing, and sales, he worked his way up the chain into management. During his short time in a management role the company has been able to eliminate 30% of its remakes, had the highest sales numbers in company history, designed a complete rebrand, redesigned the showroom and sales process and organized and altered Inventory Control.
