32 International Ministries W hen the hearts of local leaders, legislators, parlia- mentarians, and policy makers are won for Christ and these men and women of power and influence are dis- cipled by Bible-teaching evangelists, the Holy Spirit will lead them into truth. ese leaders will learn God's pre- cepts and principles and begin to think biblically as they chart the trajectory of their nations. It is for this reason that Capitol Ministries takes the gospel to all who are in authority (1 Timothy 2:2) on foreign shores. For many years, Capitol Ministries leadership has sought and recruited biblically reliant and mature-in- Christ men who have the spiritual gis, experience, edu- cation, networking skills, and abilities to successfully accomplish our objectives as global directors. ese global directors are well established in their regions, are mature Christians, and are well connected in faith communities, as well as political circles. With this international conduit in place, CapMin leaders from around the world will pro- pel the mission forward through networking and relation- ship building. In the international arena, we employ the same successful CapMin model that has worked so well in our nation. Each global director is tasked with expanding the ministry in his sphere of the world by recruiting national Bible-teaching evangelists, training them to lead successful and sustainable ministries, and pairing them with Chris- tian public servant sponsors who invite their colleagues to attend weekly Bible studies. In the following pages, you will meet the men who are ful- filling Capitol Ministries' mission throughout the world.
