A MOST IMPRESSIVE SOAK
The new Elko tub by Acquabella puts a modern
spin on the traditional Japanese bath
Immerse into total relaxation with the new Elko tub by Acquabella.
Inspired by the rich cultural traditions of the Japanese soaking bath,
this extraordinary design is a freestanding tub that allows users to
sink comfortably into a deep, satisfying bath. The Elko is a beautiful
addition to any bathroom and offers a luxurious soaking experience
that soothes body, mind and spirit.
The Japanese idea of a deep bathing well was developed
centuries ago and played an important role in daily life as a source
of wellness, introspection and serenity. The traditional baths were
often made of fragrant cypress wood and included a small built-in
seat. With the Elko, Acquabella honors the past and adds a modern
twist. Measuring 27" tall, the tub is generously sized to allow for
total submersion while its ergonomic shape gently cradles the body
in utter comfort. The Elko has a compact design with a relatively
small footprint, making it a smart choice for smaller bathrooms with
limited floor space. With its clean lines, rolled rim and intentional
absence of ornamentation, the versatile Elko is equally at home in
modern decors as well as vintage or traditional spaces.
