Joe Newberry, Redstone's President and CEO, received a national award from the Association of the U.S. Army for selfless service and dedication to the Army and its soldiers. e John W. Dixon Award for outstanding contributions to national defense was awarded to Newberry in October, during the AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition in Washington, D.C. "is year's national award recipients represent the very best of AUSA," said Retired General Bob Brown, AUSA President and CEO. "rough their dedicated service and commitment, each of them has made a huge difference in the lives of others and in support of our Army and our nation." Newberry said he was honored to receive the award on behalf of the work Redstone Federal Credit Union has done and continues to do in support of the Armed Forces.
