SIGNATURE MONTANA | 33 With the atmosphere and quality of life Montana offers, Spurgeon is excited to bring his years of wellness and fitness experience to the area. "It feels really good to be in a place where everybody is very genuine, down-to-earth," he says. "I kind of wanted a smaller community and to slow down a lile bit." Spurgeon is no newcomer to the state. In fact, he's a genuine Montana native. He grew up in the Electric City, graduated from CMR High School, and studied sports medicine and fitness management at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. Playing sports in high school and college played a fundamental role in pursuing a career in the wellness field. "I love how movement and exercise can change your health, mind, and spirit," Spurgeon says. "My goal, when clients come to see me, is that they should feel ten times beer aer the session is over." Spurgeon is no newcomer to the state. In fact, he's a genuine Montana native. Personal Trainer Jeff Spurgeon is passionate about helping others succeed. "It never feels like work if you love what you do," says Spurgeon. Spurgeon offers one-on-one and semi-private training sessions for groups of two, three, and four. Jeff Spurgeon and wife, Tricia, are happy to be in the Electric City. "Great Falls has always had a place in my heart --where everybody is very genuine and down-to-earth," says Jeff.
