You will improve your chess skills, meet new friends, and work out your most powerful muscle- your brain! Our camps include fun team chess games, recess time, snacks, tournaments, and puzzles. Each camper receives a t-shirt, trophy, and puzzle folder. Chess Wizards includes all the materials necessary for your child to participate. In this class students will learn about diff erent 2D techniques, such as stop- motion animation, creating a cartoon strip or software that will bring life to images. As animators, directors and producers, the only limitation is your imagination. Through specifi cally designed small-sided games and scrimmages, coaches work with each player to improve his or her individual skills. Each camp will focus on precision passing, targeted shooting, and intermediate to advanced ball control techniques. Each day campers will focus on skill development and fundamentals of each sport, followed by gameplay. Coaches ensure a fun and energetic atmosphere while promoting teamwork and good sportsmanship. Dribbling, passing, rebounding, shooting and defense will be developed. Campers will be divided into groups based on age, size, and ability. Camp highlights include camp t-shirt, league and tournament play, and daily contests and prizes. Campers should bring a snack and drink each day.
