both large and small events, making the facility a welcoming
place for our community to gather.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
1. Fill out Rental Request Form, available at:
mortongroveparks.com or at the PVCC.
2. The Registration Coordinator will contact you via Email
within (3) business days.
3. Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks out, but
cannot be made more than 3 months in advance.
FACILITY RENTAL POLICY
All rentals require a credit card down payment of $100 that will be
applied to the total amount due within 5 days. Final payment due
one week prior to the event. Any damage or excessive clean-up will
require additional fees. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged if
event is cancelled with 3 weeks.
RESTRICTIONS
The Park District prohibits alcohol, grilling, smoking, open fl ames
and collection of fees. Additional restrictions may apply.
PLEASE NOTE: Rental Fee is on an hourly basis and set-up and
clean-up time must be included in the rental time.
