"e ARVON Art Show and Sale has a great live music lineup,
including orn Among Roses, as part of their show," says
Engum. "ere is also live music at the Celtic Cowboy and a
parade downtown."
Other live music events include the Pollo Loco and Native
dancers at the Great Western Show.
If live music isn't your scene, Engum recommends taking a hike
at the First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park Art Exhibit and Sale.
"ey do a guided rock art hike to kick off the show," she
explains. "It is a great opportunity to get outdoors and see
the pictographs."
Another art exhibit to enjoy includes the Gun and Western
Show at the Trades and Industries building at the Montana
Expo Park.
"We are prey excited as Bryan Gillee is back with the Gun
and Western Show, which is an admission-based show and has
antique firearms for sale," says Engum.
e Wild Bunch Show is a close-knit group of artists, featuring
art from eastern Montana.
"ere are some staple artists I love that come every year, like
the L'Ochsners at the Wild Bunch Show," says Engum. "ey are
a husband-and-wife team who make amazing agate, turquoise,
and other stone jewelry. He is a former science teacher, which
I find neat."
