BIS 2023 in Las Vegas, NV, kicked off with the all-new
Kitchen & Bath Design + Industry Awards to much fanfare.
The event, generously sponsored by Beko, 2020, a Cyncly
Company, Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery, Vent-a-
Hood, Duravit, Hettich, Home Depot, and Perlick, was held at the
Encore at the Wynn Las Vegas on Monday, January 30th. During
the event, the NKBA announced its 2023 Professional Design
Competition winners. The design competition receives hundreds
of entries each year, and winners are ultimately chosen based on
factors like innovative design, presentation, superior function,
creativity, safety and ergonomics, and adherence to NKBA
Planning Guidelines. This year's judges were:

• Polly Nunes (Noon-ess), CMKBD, Polly Nunes Designs
• Christine Spillar, CMKBD, Christine Spillar Interior Design
